New Semester

Hello ladies, not sure if anyone is still reading but I had a few new update that I wanted to share...
the spring semester is off to a wonderful start and I am truly loving every minute of it. I have decided not to take 6 classes this semester and concentrate on my children. My youngest completed her religious girl scout training and had her ceremony yesterday..we were so proud of her... by the way if anyone wants GIRL SCOUT COOKIES...please let me know... sale ends 2/20... my oldest is taking mid-terms for her school and so far says she has done well...
My Portuguese professor has offered me a job teaching Port in Elizabeth when I graduate... I am very excited.. so I have now gone from a bi-lingual k5/58 Spanish major to adding a minor in Portuguese! We will also be taking a trip to Acores Islands this summer with the Portuguese department. Needless to say I am very excited!
On another note, I have decided to start taking better care of myself, and joined a gym. I have been going everyday and started eating healthier ( no not a diet, just smarter food choices) I feel wonderful and full of energy!

Hope everyone enjoys the holidays and had a very merry christmas. I actually like the idea of the blog staying up like Erin said but we'll see if everyone feels the same. Its a good way to keep in touch with everybody. Well, just wanted to say that this was a difficult and hectic but great semester. Enjoy the break everybody!!! Have a safe and happy New Years!
