You three can collaborate on a summary of something other than the readings--that's the what the rest of the class is doing...what would you three like to summarize? Some suggestions are:
- NCLB
- The five biggest problems with K-8 education in New Jersey (& what to do about them...)
- The (curriculum) standards--national & state
Hopefully one of your classmates will step up to the plate soon to fill you in on details...
If there are any special instructions regarding the conference Friday Dec 5th, I'll post them here, so keep a look out.

I'll summarize NCLB
It's a collaboration...you three will have to work on Google Docs together and figure out what you'll do and how you'll split it.
i will talk about the curriculum standards
OK: Caitlin, Rana & Natasha. Collaborate means work together--A major feature of Google Docs is that more than one person can work on something on one Google Document. So...you three have to work together on ONE of these topics...One of you can start the document and share/collaborate with the other two...this is one of the things we reviewed in class Friday.
Do you see any classmates during the week? If not, I'm happy to review a few things with you three if you can do it all at the same time on Monday (Raquel is coming Tues @ *:30am...) or Tuesday...otherwise, you'll have to figure this witht help from one of your classmates.
sorry,i havent been able to be on a computer since thursday night! I was in N.C. I don't see anyone from class this week at all and I have class tomorrow at 3:30 so that's not a good time for me. I could come earlier though,if that's ok with the other girls??
